I have hardly seen people expedite I-485 and while I don’t work for USCIS I can guarantee you it will get denied because the few people I have read tried had the same or worse reasons than yours and got denied. expediting on I-485 isn’t that easy I think if it was people wouldn’t be waiting for years for their cases to her processed
not to discourage you but that’s just the reality
but you can try your luck

You can expedite the I485 with a huge reason. as they approve or deny it by their discretion, it should be easier to replace a advanced parole to come back. as long as they do not deny your I-485 while you are away it’s fine.
off course the best option for you is to talk to a good attorney.
I think the I-485 expedite Approval rate is less than 1% according lawfully app.
