GOOD MORNING, BLESSED FOLKS. TODAY, AFTER LESS THAN 7 DAYS MY NEW LAWYER SENT MY EXPEDITE VAWA CASE REQUEST, I RECEIVED THE NOTIFICATION THAT MY EXPEDITE WAS APROVED. I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH HIV+ A FEW MONTHS AFTER MY ABUSIVE HUSBAND LEFT ME, AND I ONLY FOUNT IT OUT AFTER MY VAWA WAS SENT. I'VE BEEN IN EXTREME CONDITION AFTER I WAS DIAGNOSED, AND MY MENTAL HEALTH SIGNIFICANTLY DECREASED AFTER THAT. BASED ON THIS, AFTER ALMOST 2 YEARS OF MY DIAGNOSIS I DECIDED TO SCREAM FOR HELP AND REQUESTED THE CASE EXPEDITING BASED ON THIS HUMANITARIAN REASON. Hello everyone, I received a letter from USCIS requesting an interview following my request to expedite my green card application due to hardship and humanitarian reasons. My VAWA was approved last year June and medcal was received by USCIS in August. What should I prepare for this interview? I have received an email from USCIS stating that They have taken some action on my case and I need to login into my account to see. But when I checked my account there was no update at all. I checked with Live agent through chat and he told me that my case maybe went for final process nothing more they told.

Hi i am little confuse please help me on this.
this is my timeline
1/29/2024 - case received at Nebraska (i-360, i-765 C-(31), i485)
2/23/2024 - case received at Nebraska (i-131)
3/14/2024 - case transferred to Vermont - i765 C-(31) - to speed up processing
3/22/2024 -case transferred to Vermont - i131 - to speed up processing
3/28/2024 - case transferred to Vermont - i360, i485 with receipt says we have completed a preliminary review
after that no update and no fingerprint nothing.
EAD C-(31) Category means if my i-360 is approved after that i will get EAD right? as per the USCIS website i-360 processing time is 36months so i have to wait that long time to get a EAD card? OR EAD will come sooner? #VAWA #EAD #I-765
