@Mrkvica M. not true. you can get your ead and ap while vawa approval is pending. my prima facie took 4mths to come and the ead & AP the following month.

@cape boy I wouldn't know the timeline any application takes to approve as it's different strokes for different folks with USCIS. However, I filed in Aug 2024 and got my EAD and AP early this month. PF was early Dec '24. Hope that helps

@cape boy I filed everything together so I got my EAD and AP 5mths after and my vawa hasn't been approved, only PF was sent 4mths after filing
