Does anyone waiting for VAWA from 2020 ?
Hi friends,
I filled my #VAWA #I360 in December 2019, case received date by uscis is Jan 3 2020
still no response it’s been long 5 years. I am thinking of sending another Congress enquiry. I think the congressman enquiry is better than the once in uscis website I believe
any suggestions. I asked my lawyers do the inquiry but no response. I know its frustrating but what to do.

@V K I submit inquiry almost every 60 days since mar 2024. No RFE no update. just correspondence was received and uscis is reviewing it

same boat. waiting since 2019 October, No rfe , contacted congressperson and always same response, background security check . I’m giving up , didn’t reconsider my expedited request bc of my security background check .

@V K @mm AA there will be specific officer assigned each cases when RFE issued(each rfe’s unique) I think. And you submitted the evidence without it. Now I think your file is just somewhere in the archive, something like that. THIS IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE but you better think about writ of mandamus. my lawyer once said all this.

@robin h , uscis didn’t issue me any RFE. charge for Mandamus is too high except I want to do it on my own.
