Traveling on Advance Parole (Update)
Hi guys,
It’s been a minute.
I am still waiting on USCIS to respond to my RFE with an approval 🙏🏾 (Please pray for me)
So, as some of you know I’ve travelled last year with my combo card.
Went to Canada for a couple of weeks and came back no issues, no questions asked, nothing.
2 weeks later, went to France, and came back no issues, no questions asked at the secondary inspection.
On Friday, I Traveled to Canada again, came back Yesterday and still smooth process.
No issues, no questions asked. 3-4’ wait time at the secondary inspection and I was on my way home.
So I’m not here to encourage you to travel if you don’t want to but to tell you not to be afraid.
Euh and plus I have a speeding ticket of literally $400 😂

Hey guys, I have a question, since I didn’t file concurrently (I did but I guess my visa date wasn’t current so my I-485 was sent back but they kept my I-360) I want to know if I can still file ead under c31 category or should I just wait until they approve my I-360? I can’t really do much while waiting. I haven’t seen many people file ead under c31 category so I’m a bit confused as to the steps I need to take. P.S my husband is a LPR

hi family, i got hired at Walmart as Regional Cdl driver. But my Job requires Twic/hazmat endorsement within 4 months of hiring date. Pending vawa and i485 is not in the list of mandatory docs from TSA. Can i expedite vawa based on this. Otherwise i am going to Loose this Job. Please help. #vawa #expedite #i485
