advice please
anyone has ever experienced this before. so in rec 2023 I submitted my complete AOS PACKAGE (i130&i485) few months later I switched to vawa(I1360) for obvious reasons. I sent a letter of abeyance for i485 to NBC,
November of 2024 they approved my AOS (i130&i485) and the December I received a prime facia for my vawa. my vawa is still pending, what does someone do in this case please, I got a 2 years conditional GC.
I also only filed i1360 . #vawa #marriagebase
This is TIRING 😮💨
Anybody who has sent in evidence knows how long before they get back to you?
It’s been more than 100 days since they received my response to their #RFE
I am exhausted 😩

Hi family, i received prima facie in Sep. My lawyer sent motion to terminate Removal proceedings in Feb, my lawyer said he is still waiting for a response from DHS.
