Hi family, I want to get volunteer departure in my removal proceedings ( individual hearing in April 2026). Because i lost my father and mother is old too. I wanna spend my time with my mother. i131 is denied because of removal proceedings. I know my I 485 will be automatically denied if i leave. I want to know if they approve My i360. Since i am planning to stay outside for around 3 years. Will a 3 year Bar apply to me?. Do i have to get any waiver. Is there any time period after getting approved for vawa to get visa? What if my Spouse Divorce me after leaving U.S. Will i be eligible for waiver? I have no criminal record. Entered illegally through border and released on Bond in 2019. #vawa #asylum #removal #visa

📣 URGENT — Second RFE from USCIS 📨

Hey everyone, I really need help or insight from anyone who’s been through this. I received a second Request for Evidence (RFE) from USCIS regarding my petition. The first RFE (in February) asked for proof of: • A good faith marriage • Battery or extreme cruelty • Shared residence I sent everything I had, including a 5-page personal statement explaining why I didn’t have joint documents or shared accounts. I also provided all photos, messages, and supporting documents I could gather. But now, they’ve sent another RFE asking for the exact same three things again. 💔 I’m confused and anxious. I don’t know what more they want from me, and I’ve truly done my best. Is this normal? Has anyone been through this? Does anyone know what else I can submit to satisfy these 3 areas? Update on My Immigration Case 🇺🇸📄

Back in November, USCIS asked me to submit proof that my marriage was genuine. I responded in February with every piece of evidence I had—photos, documents, messages—and even included a detailed explanation for the few things I didn’t have. Now, months later, I just received another Request For Additional Evidence (RFE) from them again. I honestly don’t know what more they could be asking for at this point. It’s been an exhausting, uncertain journey. EAD is showing mailed with no tracking number

Hey everyone! one of my friends EAD was approved and USCIS shows it was mailed on June 9th, but there’s still no tracking number available. It’s been a few days and I haven’t received the physical card yet. He have submitted a case inquiry—just hoping it shows up soon! 🤞 Anyone else experienced something similar? #vawa

my case was approved one month ago , but they don’t make me de delivery, I call uscis and they told me that is normal that takes 2 months for the delivery any one with the same experience?

vawa “new card is being produced” for 4 days

For last 4 days I am seeing vawa status “new card is being produced”. What does this mean? is Vawa approved ? Am I getting C31 EAD? Why doesn’t status show case approved ? anyone has ever experienced this before. so in rec 2023 I submitted my complete AOS PACKAGE (i130&i485) few months later I switched to vawa(I1360) for obvious reasons. I sent a letter of abeyance for i485 to NBC, November of 2024 they approved my AOS (i130&i485) and the December I received a prime facia for my vawa. my vawa is still pending, what does someone do in this case please, I got a 2 years conditional GC. I also only filed i1360 . #vawa #marriagebase
