Traveling on Advance Parole (Update)
Hi guys,
It’s been a minute.
I am still waiting on USCIS to respond to my RFE with an approval 🙏🏾 (Please pray for me)
So, as some of you know I’ve travelled last year with my combo card.
Went to Canada for a couple of weeks and came back no issues, no questions asked, nothing.
2 weeks later, went to France, and came back no issues, no questions asked at the secondary inspection.
On Friday, I Traveled to Canada again, came back Yesterday and still smooth process.
No issues, no questions asked. 3-4’ wait time at the secondary inspection and I was on my way home.
So I’m not here to encourage you to travel if you don’t want to but to tell you not to be afraid.
Euh and plus I have a speeding ticket of literally $400 😂

Hey guys, I have a question, since I didn’t file concurrently (I did but I guess my visa date wasn’t current so my I-485 was sent back but they kept my I-360) I want to know if I can still file ead under c31 category or should I just wait until they approve my I-360? I can’t really do much while waiting. I haven’t seen many people file ead under c31 category so I’m a bit confused as to the steps I need to take. P.S my husband is a LPR

hi family, i got hired at Walmart as Regional Cdl driver. But my Job requires Twic/hazmat endorsement within 4 months of hiring date. Good morning fellas, i filled 9/3/2021 and my i360 approved on 9/23/2024, i requested infopass on 12/30/2024, and today i reveiced an email stated that your case is currently delayed bcs the required security checks are still pending. We cannot make a decision on your case until we receive the results of the security checks, i just called info pass today, representative said that they do not need any document from me at this moment, once they finish their investigation and addition documents require they will let me know, is anyone experience this ? i already submit fbi background check like 2 years ago. i need help guys any advise will be helpful..its been along jouney.#securitychek #vawa #i485

I filled my #VAWA #I360 in December 2019, case received date by uscis is Jan 3 2020
still no response it’s been long 5 years. I am thinking of sending another Congress enquiry. I think the congressman enquiry is better than the once in uscis website I believe
any suggestions. I asked my lawyers do the inquiry but no response. I know its frustrating but what to do.
