bringing this thread back.. I submitted my EAD and AP renewal to Nebraska. They received my packet on Feb 3 2025. It’s March 19 2025 as of writing and I have not received my notice of receipt. What should I do? How long did it take you to receive your notice of receipt (EAD Renewal) from Nebraska? pending I-485 based on approved VAWA

@Sure Mercy and you filed at Nebraska right? have you done anything about it to follow up? just want to be clear — you don’t have the notice of receipt and you don’t have the receipt number

@J T yes Nebraska and I have called several times but agent opened a case for me to Lockbox inquiry. However, I didn’t submit to Lockbox center. Can you advise if you know how to follow up. Also, have you heard back from them and when did you submit your renewal?

@J T I filled on Jan 7th and got receipt notice on March 15th

@Mike mike wow 67 days / 9.5 weeks? did you do anything to follow up during this time period to inquire what is taking so long for Nebraska to send you your notice of receipt ?

@J T I didn’t file a renwal, filed late jan and got it last week I would say hang in one more week for those who filed in Jan if you filed in feb just wait

@J T called USCIS and they provided me with my receipt number and I should expect it in the mail. I was so worried about my losing my job but I am thankful to God. Waiting on Approval now.
