Expedite I-485 after vawa approval
Has anyone ever tried to expedite their I-485 after Vawa approval and Medical sent? its day 91 since I submitted Medical RFE. Vawa was approved in September 2024.

no I haven't. my vawa was approved in July 30 and Medicals were received on 12/4. It is 93dats since ans noting. filing date is June 2021. let me know is you are going to try to expedite it.

@Gigi A yea I’m thinking about expediting - just to give them a nudge to take a look. but wanted to see if anyone has before and if it was succesful.
