The current processing time for VAWA applications has reached 37.5 months. When I submitted my application in September 2021, the processing time was under 24 months. This extended delay is adding to our distress significantly #vawa .

Hello, i applied for VAWA in August 2021 and it was approved in October 2022 (no RFE required). My I-485 status was updated to fingerprint taken in October 2022. i haven’t heard anything since then. it’s been 1year and 4months since status was updated. Didn’t receive any primia facie or RFE. Hello, it’s been about 6 weeks since I my lawyer sent a renewal request for my work permit expiring in March but I still haven’t received my receipt yet and online nothing is showing. At work they’ve already started sending me reminders to verify my I-9 I wanted to know does the automatic extension depends on the receipt or do we do something else?
