@Latoya C what did you submit for your son who got his work authorization?

congratulations, my vawa was approved and my son name was included, Uscis sent form 485 for my son as fee was waive. The problem is he doesn't have social security and work authorization. pls what should I do?

@Latoya C your other son outside the US would do consular processing

I just named him with the request for evidence I sent. My husband was charged cruelty to children because my son saw everything and when asked by the police he narrate what hesaw.

@castro LG It was for my son who wasn't living with me, the application was incorrectly filed, so I wrote a letter to withdraw that application and have him aligned with my application because he was already named on it

I said earlier that my son name was mentioned after being denied 2x and the last one was sent back because I forgot to add the money order. once vawa was approved he automatically given form 485 stated fee was waived- since he doesn't have any file with them so uscis send another paper for his biometric. He is here in USA 🇺🇸 with me but other kids were not mentioned in my approved vawa reasons because they were not directly involved. Once you have your green card you can now file for them. The only person who is directly in USA 🇺🇸 will be approved
