if your Prima Facie expires on September, you don’t have to worry. because academic year starts August, your current Prima Facie makes you eleigible for federal students aid for whole academic year 2024/2025.

they are crazy. they don’t know anything in financial aid office. law is on your side. ask them to give you some info on paper you’re not eligible and why. you can appeal in Department of Education. but anyway, no worries for sure USCIS will send you an extension before expiration date
