@Daniel Ad, everyone's story is different, even thought the process is the same. Even I have suffered PTSD, spent and lost 11 years of time in the US. Additional lost more than half million dollars, and still in 100K debt. it's not about winning or losing, it's the justice that must be delivered in time. If the food is not served when you are hungry or the EMS doesn't show up in time, there is Casualty. "Justice delayed is justice denied". I understand, its just a peice of paper and you have to obey your attorney's advice. I am understanding now, I made a mistake trying VAWA rather than EB1A. Since I have studied 2 master, and 2 Phds in the USA. However, life happened. it's just an outburst of hopelessness and have spent an additional 900 days in the process.
