but when I checked the document's section there was an approval letter.
Any body knows how much time NVC is gonna take to send me the letter and transfer the case to embassy ? please help. #i-130
Bonafide marriage evidences I-130
Hello everyone! A few days ago I sent my lawyer some PDFs with evidences so that she could check them out and tell me her opinion. I did not tell her to upload them to the USCIS website but she did anyways without telling me nothing. I found out today when I told her that I was gonna send her more evidences that I wanted to upload and she told me that “we should not upload new evidences every month, it should be done max once every 6 months”. Again, I didn’t ask her to upload the PDFs in the first place, and now she is advising me not to upload anything else in the next 6 months saying I should have done that before. What should I do? The evidences are affidavit of support that we didn’t upload in the beginning, so I believe they are pretty useful to me and my husband’s case. #i-130 #bonafidemarriageevidences
Do you think that the processing time for I-485, i-130 and -i765 all depends on which state you live in?
what are your thoughts, it seems some individuals experience faster processing times for these forms now I'm wondering if it's determined by which state you live in and the workload for that state?

Translate evidences
Hello everyone, I have a question. I’m preparing a PDF with the trips my husband and I went on and I want to attack flights’ receipts/Uber receipts. Unfortunately, the receipts are not in English and I was wondering if we can submit a translation written by us or if we need an actual translator doing that; they are not official documents but just extra evidences, and I think everyone can understand a flight receipt/Uber as long as it has our names and the destination in English. Please let me know what should we do, we would happily avoid spending money to translate something like that but if it’s a requirement then no problem.

BONAFIDE MARRIAGE EVIDENCES Form I-130
Hello everyone!
When my husband and I submitted my I-130 online helped by a lawyer, she didn’t tell us that the proves of our bonafide marriage were not valid since they didn’t have both our names on them, and she ended up submitting the form with no proves and I just found out after over 5 months. Now we are collecting other evidences and we were wondering is it a good idea if we make different PDFs? We were thinking about a PDF with the receipts of the gifts we gave to each other, a PDF about our Valentine’s Day, and one PDF for each vacation we went on, with flight tickets, receipts, bookings and a few pictures, everything with place, date and the names of the other people that were with us. Do yall think it’s a good idea or it’s too much stuff? They would be like 5-6 PDFs but we thought it would be more organized and simple that some random receipts and photos with no context.

I got a Text and Email around 10:46pm Sunday saying that they had taking an action in our case, when I checked it was our second actively being review, them I got a second Text and then I checked the documents tap and saw our approved notice. WHAT GOD CAN NOT DO, DOES NOT EXISTS🙏🏽 🎊👏🏽
