Justamente hoy recibimos la aprobación de esta petición de un cliente nos tomó alrededor de solamente de 1 mes en lograr su aprobación tomamos su caso en Diciembre 13 del 2024 y ya hoy recibimos su recibo de aprobación!!!! Dios ha sido bueno nos siguen llegando las aprobaciones!!!

Request for an earlier priority Date
Hello, I requested an earlier priority date for my F3 case on October 8 through the NVC, but I haven’t received a response yet. They informed me that my request was forwarded to USCIS, and they are waiting for their response. I requested an earlier priority date because I lost a previous F3 petition that was terminated.
Does anyone have advice on how to get a quicker response, or has anyone gone through a similar situation? What is the proper process for this type of request?

Any update from California center? I’m September 29, case has been actively been reviewed for months and no changes, spouse abroad. God grant us mercy in 2025 🙏🏾#i-130

tras 115 días de espera por fin ya USCIS con el apoyo de mi solicitud de expedite con mi congresista hemos recibido la actualización de caso revisado activamente en tiempo récord de solo 3 meses y 17 dias, si se puede sigan confiando si su caso demora soliciten la ayuda de sus congresistas
