Sin actualización aún. El miércoles recibí por segunda vez correos de USCIS diciendo que my case is being actively reviewed by USCIS. Lo más raro es que no encuentro el approval letter. (I-130)
He revisado los documentos enviados por USCIS y el último ha sido el RFE que tuve que responder. Aún no suben la carta de aprobación en sus portafolio de documentos. Alguien sabe cuánto demora?

My case was submitted on Nov. 2,2023 and started being Actively reviewed on December 16,2023 and has shown no movement since but prior cases have moved ahead of me. Its been 8 months now going to 9!!

Yesterday, my husband petition was approved. Our PD is June 20th, 2023. I got notification of the 2nd Actively Review, checked under documents and there was the approval notice. My question now, is, what happens next? How long will it take to receive information from the NVC 🙏🏽 I cannot even begin to express the excitement!! #I130 #i-130 #marriage

How long it takes for I-485 approval

I hope you have a great week. how long does it usually take for I-485 to get approved after the approval of I-130, My husband got the approval for me this morning and I still didn’t receive anything on my account under documents, Also, does that mean they waived the interview?
