hey, I just recently found this community here and I keep seeing that most of the cases got “case is being actively reviewed by uscis” after a few weeks/months after submission We submitted our case on April 13, 2024 but ever since then we haven’t heard anything and it is still saying “case was received and a receipt notice was sent” In case it is important: my husband is a US citizen, we submitted the form online and I am still in my home country, we are doing consular processing Did anyone else experience this? Request for an earlier priority Date

Hello, I requested an earlier priority date for my F3 case on October 8 through the NVC, but I haven’t received a response yet. They informed me that my request was forwarded to USCIS, and they are waiting for their response. I requested an earlier priority date because I lost a previous F3 petition that was terminated. Does anyone have advice on how to get a quicker response, or has anyone gone through a similar situation? What is the proper process for this type of request? #I-130 #F3 #priority_date
