I sent a K3 on February 7th. It was received, but it only said that. They still haven't reviewed it. It only said "Received." I kept sending new submissions to the platform, always putting everything in God's hands. 🙏🏽

@Samuel charantay If you get approved and I 129F, which is a K3 visa once you come into the US you pretty much have to stay here. It is a one time visa to get into. Wait here while you’re out 130 is approved when your island 30 is approved you will be interviewed in the US. If you ever have to leave, you would have to request for like some type of emergency, travel visa and if approved still a chance he might not get back in. That’s what I was told. I applied for my eye 130 for my husband and and I129F a month later. It has been. 14 months since I have a plied for my eye 130 and I won 129F is still pending. Most likely my eye 130 will get approved in about a month and I won 129 will be voided

@Samuel charantay Yes, K3 helped me speed up the process. The lawyer told me yesterday. The K3 is free, I only paid my attorney's fees for filling it out and submitting it.

@Samuel charantay the k3 visa otherwise known as 129f has to be filed on paper. once you file and it is recieved they will send you a confirmation. you can then track it online but not in detailed as you can I 130 which can be done online. hope that helps.

I have yet to see any traction of my k3 visa (did not help me get any approval faster). it was exciting when I heard about it but did not move at all. I130 will most likely approve before 129f k3 visa
