Job Change on EAD while AOS pending in EB3 for the last 9 months
EAD and AOS on EB3 category
Currently I m working with company A as a senior consultant and got offer from company B with same and similar job duties but designation as a MANAGER , and joining company B on EAD and also my (AOS) I-485 on EB3 category is pending more than 9 months with Employer A.
Questions:
1- is it fine to join employer B on as manager designation with same and similar responsibilities
2- what exactly docs we need for filing supplement J with new employer #EAD
have any f2a i765 applicant from October 2021 received their ead? when did you give your biometrics? just wanted to know which month are they processing right now for ead. expedite yet?

CARD WAS NOT MAILED TO THE RIGHT ADDRESS
we changed our address a month ago, we did everything right in the USCIS website and we even got a reply confirming our e-request.
Now, my EAD card was mailed to the old address and since we moved, USPS sent it back to USCIS. so damn wrong 🤬 I had to open another e-request to tell them to send it to me but God knows when they will get my E-request.
Anyone with the same experience?

wrong middle name on EAD
filed i 765 online and by mistake added NA on my middle name and when I received my case no it had my middle name as NA. Sent out typographical error request and also submitted a letter online for correction. Still my approval letter had wrong middle name. What if the Ead also comes with the wrong middle name?
would it affect my employment? Initial opt expired. #ead #incorrectead
Should I submit another Expedite Request?
Hi everyone, I have submitted 3 Expedite Requests for my EAD application. The first two in March and the last one in late April. None of them were ever responded. Every time I call the USCIS some officers tell me not to create another expedite because it will go to the back of the line and others say that it is unlikely that my current ones will be answered so I should submit a new one.
This is very confusing and frustrating because I have been waiting for 3 months for a response on my requests. Has anyone had a similar experience? Would you submit another one or just wait until they answer the current one?

Hi community!
I have EAD based on pending asylum that will be expired in about 7 months.
Asylum case in court (master hearing scheduled in February).
Also, I have i130 pending based on marriage (planing to terminate my case upon the approval of i130),
Also, I applied for TPS (but didn’t apply for EAD based on TPS).
Based on all mentioned above I guess my question will sound this way:
Will I be able to renew my #EAD based on pending #asylum if case will be terminated or should I apply for EAD within #TPS (also, not sure if it has automatic extension for 1,5 years like EADs from c08 (asylum based) category have) ?
EAD approved after 14 months and 6 of unemployment
It's been a true rollercoaster. 1st expedite rejected after 7 days and 2nd after 3 months. 3 months I've been waiting for immigration officer to reject my case and the same day they did, my application came thru. I bet they didn't even look at my application and kept me in the limbo to prevent re-application.
Done! can't wait to go back and do some actual work again!

Anyone with similar experience?
Hi everyone! Just wanted to share my process status in case anyone in here has had a similar experience and has some recommendations on how to progress.
I have submitted my I-485, concurrently with my I-765 and I-131 in early December. Since I have entered the US on a K1 visa, I have not been able to work since November. Due to a pending job offer and mainly my inability to work, I have submitted an Expedite Request for my EAD in January for which I got a response saying to submit another one after Biometrics were completed.
After my Biometrics appointment, which only happened early March, I have submitted 3 Expedite Requests that have been unanswered (not even a call/email with request for evidence). The first one I submitted has been pending for over 75 days. I have contacted USCIS multiple times and they say that the requests are assigned to officers waiting for a decision. I have also spoken with a Tier 2 and Tier 3 (Tier 2 Supervisor) about my situation and the unanswered Expedite Requests and their response was that officers have a lot of requests right now and may never respond to them.
This has been an incredibly frustrating process as it has been 7 months without being able to work and 3 Expedite Request where I haven’t had the possibility to explain my situation. Does anyone have faced a similar situation? Should I continue submitting expedites? Or simply wait for them to respond to the current ones or update my application?
