@JP processing time for AOS based I-765 at TCS is 15 months so yes you are now out of processing time. Please keep us posted

PD I-130, i-485, i-765 and I-131: Oct 15, 2021 Biometrics: Nov 16, 2021 I-693 Deficiency letter: Feb 18, 2022 I did sent the medical results on the initial package but they didn't acknowledged it so I re-take them and bring them to the interview. Interview scheduled: April 20, 2022. Interview date: May 25, 2022 (approved on the spot) I-130 approval date: May 27, 2022 I-485 approval date: June 23, 2022 Green card being produced: June 27, 2022 I never received the Work or travel Authorization permits

@monica congratulations with everything your Green card is now your work and travel documents u can apply for social security number if I am not mistaken.

when you call the 1800 number they gonna ask what they can help you with just say info pass then they gonna tell you your wait just wait for agent

is it for Expedite request or out of processing time service request?

I was out of processing time that's why I try it buy I think she did expedite it for me I told her I really needed to work all I know from the time I talk to her I had my ead in hands about 12 days time

@JP did you hear back on your out of processing time request?

@Immi lz Yes and no. They sent me a generic answer telling me they’re working in my case. And I haven’t received my EAD/AP. I saw some lawyers in YouTube that said that the USCIS knows they’re delayed in some applications, but they’re really not doing much about the requests for out of processing time, even with the help of congressman/woman. At this point I’m just waiting for my Green Card, a friend told me that her lawyer told her that only like 20%-30% of GC cases really get a EAD (and for what I’ve seen in lawfully most of those are from Family not Employment categories), and she never received it either, so I’m managing my expectations now. Sorry for the long answer

@JP thanks for the detailed comments mate we all are in same boat.. even worse situation for me as I received RFE on my I-140 so I am really hoping they process my EAD atleast I sent letter to senator 6 months ago never received a response. did you try any congressman help ? I guess ur case is in TSC too?

@J P I didn’t try with a congressman since my lawyer didn’t recommend it. Hopefully your I-140 will be approved soon 🤞🏻🍀
