congratulations!!! I have a question. After you expedited, when did you receive an email confirming the process? I expedited through Emma on Tuesday and I haven't received any confirmation yet. 😔

yes, we got an email requesting additional information. so I sent them our lease renewal offer showing that our rent is increasing via the fax number they gave us, and then this happened

@bebik - yes! lease renewal showing our rent was increasing and our utilities!

@laexa - I had to go on right at 8:00am, and then do “agent” and then it asked me why, and I put case status, and then it put me in the queue. And then once I started talking to someone via chat, I asked to expedite
