Potential of interview without EAD combo card at all?
Hey guys, is there a potential that my case goes straight to the interview without ead? It’s over 8 months since I filed and I see people after me getting approved . Please share your experience.. #ead #f2a

How lond does it take to receive rfe after requesting an expedite?
I've submitted an expedite request for my ead application, last time they just denied it without even a rfe, if anyone received the rfe after requesting the expedite - when did you receive that email? how long did it take for uscis to get back to you. Any information is much appreciated #ead
EAD & AP (Combocard) approved!
Hello!
Finally I can share good news. My EAD and AP applications are approved. I'm looking forward to get the card in mailbox (it should be 2yr card according to notice that I found at USCIS online account).
I expedited it and send a job offer as a proof of financial loss. Most probably it helped because the next day I faxed it my case was approved. Thank you everyone for advices and support. I thought that expedite will not work unless you guys said that it worked for you.
My information: marriage based, US citizen, SC National Benefit Center, FO Atlanta, receipt number start with IOE.

How did you expedite?
Hi everyone, please help. I've submitted 2 expedite requests(one myself, the other via congressman), both were denied. I showed financial hardship as a reason, and a new job offer, submitted my bills, don't know what else I can do and why my expedites were rejected. People who got their expedite requests approved, please tell me how did you do it? thank you for any advise or prayer.#ead

Card finally in hands. Spouse went without working for just one day. While on the phone with employer getting released, lawfully notified us of expedite request approval on 2/2. God is awesome guys, he pulled us through.
Don’t give up, keep pushing, you guys will get through sooner or later. Thanks to you all again for your super helpful comments and insights.
I have seen some of you asking about what’s next after each status. I wanted to share this timeline with you.
June 24, 2021: EAD/AP app submitted / TSC EB
1/27: 1st expedite request submitted for EAD
2/1: Expedite request received
RFE received and RFE response emailed
2/4:Automatic reply confirming reception
2/8: Expedite request denied
2/17: Congressional inquiry submitted
2/25: 2nd expedite request submitted for EAD
2/28: Expedite request received / RFE
3/1: RFE response emailed
Automatic email reply confirming reception
3/2: Expedite request approved
EAD card being produced
3/3: EAD approved
AP approved
3/7: Card was mailed
3/8: Card was picked up by USPS
3/10: Combo EAD/AP card received.
Next step: I-485 to be approved.

any Nebraska i-765 approvals recently?
On the USCIS website processing times for ead are shown as July 2021, but I see posts where people are waiting since March 2021. what's everyone's processing times for Nebraska? I requested expedite through my congressman but they also just say wait, Nebraska is backlogged. #ead #Nebraska
