Any Nebraska actual July ead approvals?
I filled my ead in November 2021 in Nebraska, at that time waiting times were around 5-6 months, now it's 9 months, do they actually at least process July cases(according to the website data)? I've tried to expedite a couple of times(got job offer, lost my part time delivery job because my license expired too) and every time I got denied. don't know what to do, feels like they don't even look at the expedite and just reject it. #ead #Nebraska

@ella . yep, tried congressman and ombudsman, congressman's also denied, never heard back from the ombudsman's office. at this point I don't know what else they want to expedite🤷🏻‍♀️

@Rafael Pena, dmv renewed your license for 9 years? do you mind sharing which state? NYC dmv previously refused to renew my license with extention letter.

@R L I tought they just gonna extend it jus for my 180 days extension and the agent in the dps told me the same cause I did it late cause I didn't know about I can get the license with the extension then so I did just one month ago she told me It just for month and half then she look on the temporary paper license and it says about expires 9 years on my birthday in 2031 so she ask to her boss about it and then she said ok everything is fine.. then I thought, they maybe Send me the hard license with the right date, then 9 days later same as the paper temporary license so I ask my lawyer he said I'm lucky it's ok đź‘Ť

I applied for my EAD renewal in August 2021 in which USCIS Nebraska office actually received and a notice was sent to that effect but to my surprise, the card is yet to be produced. I made concerted efforts to reach out to USCIS but the response was, the card processing is within the timeframe. This is really affecting a whole lot of things.

Though, DMV in Pennsylvania has renewed my DL for me, just hoping that my job won’t suffer at this point.
