Traveling WITHIN the US
#
Hi everyone ☀️
my case is still “actively in process” since December 2021.
I am wondering if I can fly within the US without trouble?
(I know I can’t leave the country)
It’s about flying from California to Florida in July to see Family/ Friends for the first time in years!
Can I fly with my German passport or will I might get in trouble?
thanks a lot 💐
Some Insight for October 2021 Filers at California Service Center
I've got the premium subscription, so I can see my place in line, etc. I filed the i-130 on October 11. Actively Reviewing since October 21. California Service Center. Consular Processing.
So for people who filed September 27 - October 25, 2021, there are 94 of us on the Lawfully App. So far, 20 of us have gotten a decision from USCIS.
Three decisions came within the past four days, and there was no activity for a few weeks prior to that. So, maybe things will start happening soon.

Processing website change for K1
I just checked for the processing time today at USCIS. It no longer says 10 to 13 months. It just says 10.5. Then when you put I129, it asks you if it is K1 or K2/K3. K1 just gives California service Center. It has just made me even more confused. On Visa Journey website it says USCIS is now on April 24 2021. Finally I am not sure whats going on. Anybody in April or May or June or July get approved recently?

Whose spouse is in the Middle East? My husband is in Jordan and I'm in Tennessee. Our I-130 case is actively reviewing/ processing in California. When will it move from actively reviewing/processing?

Hi guys, I need your input here please. I received a call yesterday from a certain officer McKay. I was not able to answer it unfortunately. I chatted with Emma and told me that I just need to wait for the 2nd call because my name is in queue to receive that call. It was from a 202 number which I think is the visa hotline. So what does it mean? is my case status ok? or maybe there’s a problem with it that they really have to call me? Please guys let me know if you have the same experience as this or give me a heads up regarding the return call that they are planning to do. I would really appreciate your ideas and answer guys. Thanks a lot!
