Withdrawal
I wrote a letter to uscis California service center because they have my case. I wanna withdraw my case because my case was approved on January 2022 and my fiancé got refused. officer thought we were married but it wasn’t true we were not married .
on April I went back to my country and got married to my fiancé and now I wanna apply for spouse visa and withdraw 129F .
how long do I have to wait to apply for spouse visa? should I apply now?
please guys help me out here I’m stuck 😭😭😭😭
NY field office processing time for form I-130, US citizen filing for a spouse.
Hi, wishing everyone who has been patiently waiting to hear good news soon. I just learned that our case for form I-130 got transferred from USCIS California center to NY filed office, wondering how long does it take to process? and if anyone has similar experience, anything to help expediting the process. thank you all.
Lee Summit’s NBC Processing time
I applied for I-751 in May of 2020. 24 months later and the only update I’ve had on my case was regarding reuse of fingerprints in January of 2021. Nothing since then.
I initially applied from California(WAC), then the case got moved to NBC. Does anyone else have their case pending in the Lee’s Summit NBC? if yes, how’s it going?

Actively reviewing I-130 F2A
Hey everyone, I filed I-130 , for my husband. Case received on December 2019, California Service Center, then on July 8th , 2021 case been actively reviewing until now May 2022. It’s been 10 months still actively reviewing, and I decided to send a requiry to USCIS to know the reason of delay, after few days I received a response from USCIS with referral number starting with letters SR—————VSC(Vermont Service Center?)
I have a question ? Is it possible that my case transferred or send to VSC ?
However I filed Petition I-130 and was send to CSC-California Service Center from the beginning
In this situation what should I do? How could I find out where is my case is?
If anyone had similar situation like mine, please help me out !

which service center process my case
My I797C show the service center is California Service Center for both form I130, receipt number IOE and currently status is “Actively Reviewed by USCIS” almost 06 months. But on the app, after I added cases, it showed the service center is Potomac Service Center.
Does anyone have experience like this, please ?. Which service center is correct for my case ?. My case is F2B. PD: 2019.

It was a roller coaster ride for me, failed my initial interview, the officer marked “You have another chance to prove your ability to understand english”. Transferred case from Florida to California and waited a year before getting interviewed. Had my interview a month ago , passed civic, writing and reading but “decision cannot be made yet” then Finally after about two weeks “Oath taking Ceremony will be scheduled”. Never lose hope Guys! You’ll get there! Thank you USCIS.

It doesn’t show what dates they are processing now. It just says 10.5 Months. They got my papers on June/29/2021 and still no updates. In January saw they working on May cases then they bounced back to Feb. Now it doesn’t even tell you anything.
