any answer from California center? my application been there for 9 months now no answer no nothing besides the receipt anyone got luck or answer from them?

It’s been a year😔
Is there anybody in the same situation like me. Priority date May 28, 2021. California service Center. I sent a request for outside of normal processing time in march and they reply saying that within 45 days I should receive a notice of action. but it’s been over 45 days now and I didn’t receive nothing. I tried to make another request now, but they said that my case is still in the processing time. I don’t understand… can anybody share some explanation please.

Anyone know how to sue the USCIS?
I have filled my I 129F since February 2021 with the California Processing center, in March of this year I filled for an inquiry because my application was way past the Normal processing time. on 19th of April USCIS responded to my inquiry saying that my case was in adjudication and I should get a decision within 45 day. it’s been 43 days and still haven’t heard anything back yet! I’m currently deployed and there’s so much I can do at this point. has anyone ever filled a lawsuit against USCIS? I want to know how to go about it? I’m tired of this long wait!

mi recibo que me llegó cuando USCIS recibió mi caso decía California... ahora le pregunte a Emma sobre donde se encontraba siendo procesado mi caso y me dijo que se encontraba en Vermont, lo cual jamas se me notificó sobre ese cambio de centro de servicio. es mejor asegurarse adonde wn verdad se encuentra nuestro caso ya que asi tomamos el tiempo correcto que nos hace falta y seguir esperando...
I 485j receipt notice
hi I sent interfile request with I 485j on May 3 to California address. today I got my I 485j receipt notice. my case is at national benefits center. transferred from Nebraska service center on Feb 15 2022.
any idea how long it will take for I 485 approval.
submitted my medical when filling I 485 in November 2021.
Tier-2 call back experience
My visa got stuck for 2years, no any single update for lat 2years. I made hella call to uscis, did contact to senator, sent inqury, expedite, tried ombusman. I tried pretty much everything that you can think of and none of that helped.
after many calls, i figured my visa is in honolulu field office, not in california service center. None of us live in hawaii so i was wtf????
so i request for a tier-2 call back and they scheduled it for me. They said tier-2 will call in 30days. so i waited like i did for last 2years.
Finally I got an email&message for uscis sayin Tied2 will call in 1-2days.
So I waited.
and they never called.
so I waited more.
and today morning I woke up to this email from uscis saying

After reviewing your inquiry, there are no additional updates that can be provided at this time. Any October California filers get approved lately?!
I legit feel like I am going insane waiting. Is there anything I can do to try to speed this up? Any advice? K-3? I haven't done anything else except file.

Another letter from USCIS
Since May 26 2021, my case status shows Actively review, now my case is outside of normal processing, and after submitting a case inquiry,this is what the California Service Center that handles my case wrote me via email.
Your petition will be adjudicated shortly, in the order in which it was received. You should receive a notice of A notice of action may be in a form of Approval Notice, Denial Notice, Transfer Notice , Request for Evidence, or Notice of Intent to Deny.
Do I have to wait for another 6 months or 180 days having waited for almost a year and more, for this case to be adjudicated? can someone please tell me what really is the USCIS trying to say in this email.
