IR-2 Petition for Alien Relative
Any filer here for IR-2 since September of 2021? We filed ours for our son and still case actively being reviewed. We were initially from Potomac and we made an inquiry thru Emma and was told our case was moved to California. Upon checking the timeline for California, it wasn’t moving to April 8,2021 for the date of case inquiry. Any thoughts or have similar experience?

step 1 complete, now we wait for NVC. US citizen, UK spouse. Nebraska (August 2021) to Potomac (September 2021) to California (October 2021). K3 also filed in October 2021.

Anyone with similar timeline get approved lately? I see the past few weeks some cases got approved. The USCIS site says 8.5 months. Is this accurate? Should I file a K3? I dunno what else I can do to make it go quicker.

Has anyone been hearing that they are starting to approve more I-130 spouse outside US ? My PD June 17, 2021 actively reviewing since July 1, 2021. K-3 also received June 25, 2021. I’m a US citizen spouse in Uganda. #i130 #csc

Hi, everyone I have my spouse's case I-130 from august 6- 2021 until now and there is nothing new again it just says we actively reviewing your case and that is since August 30-2021 saying this and I'm a green card holder, I'm wondering how long the case will take to be approved from California center or I have to fill any inquiry?
my case has been actively reviewed for over 10minths. any one with similar or longer😡😡😡

What should I do?
I am a US cutitzen filing for my apouse (I-130) December 2020 is our PD
Been in review since March 2021
The California processing times shows its beyond are date, and the percentage of anything happening is now 6%. i called UCIS and the machine is insisting that it will end the call because I am asking to speak to human being.
Any advice what should I do?
I-751 and N-400 joint case
I-751 was delayed so as soon as I could I applied for naturalization (following 90 day rule and 3 years as resident based on marriage). The naturalization application only took 4 months to get scheduled for an interview. A joint interview for I-751 and N-400 was done and in a matter of less than 5 months I became a citizen.
