Anyone with similar timeline get approved lately? I see the past few weeks some cases got approved. The USCIS site says 8.5 months. Is this accurate? Should I file a K3? I dunno what else I can do to make it go quicker.

I filed I-130 October 11. Actively Reviewing since October 21. California Service Center. Still waiting. Also saw 5 or 6 approvals from my filing period approved during the last week.

march 3, 2021. still waiting. actice review since april 3, 2021. confused if we should file K3 at this point. my lawyer never recommended or told us we could file k3 so now it's over a year and I am not sure if it makes sense now
