Withdrawal
I wrote a letter to uscis California service center because they have my case. I wanna withdraw my case because my case was approved on January 2022 and my fiancé got refused. officer thought we were married but it wasn’t true we were not married .
on April I went back to my country and got married to my fiancé and now I wanna apply for spouse visa and withdraw 129F .
how long do I have to wait to apply for spouse visa? should I apply now?
please guys help me out here I’m stuck 😭😭😭😭

You don't have to wait You should apply right away
As long as the 129f is denied

it was refused by embassy and it has back to uscis now it’s in review in uscis .

why they thought you were married? based on what?! did you live in the same country or so?

yeah we lived together for 13 month in same country.. but that wasn’t the problem. I don’t know what makes him thought that but it’s okay now I already applied for spouse visa
