Need HELP FOR. Form 1i30 ( Is citizen filing for unmarried son over 21) California service center
just wanted to know if anyone falls in my category as I have been waiting for 50months(4years+) since April 2018. anyone here who has been approved within same timeframe from California? I will really appreciate the help. thanks

for that category since the recipient is over 21 it takes about 10yrs

unmarried not married . USCIS website states 47.5 months for unmarried over 21s married son / daughter is 115months (approximately 10years) which is different from mine.

it took me 10 yrs to get here when my mom petition a long time ago i was over 21 already when she petitioned me

mine was file 1998 got approved 2001 transfered to NVC but no visa available yet

oh . I get it now. approved 2001 is 3 years then. was asking for approval. because I thought you meant approval took 10 whole years? I almost fainted. how come there was no visa available ? + which country where you residing in at that time? wish we could have a personal chat smh

about the length it takes . based off USCIS website I think the service center also matters. Vermont at the moment takes 57.5 months for same category that Texas processes for 7.5 months. I think cali and vermont are quite slow for my category with 50months + processing time on average

visa is only available or current if citizen to minor citizen to spouse fiancee

I’m in the same visa category and waiting since May 2018. Really hope they approve soon.

no visa available if gets approved by uscis so another waiting time at nvc
