Some Insight for October 2021 Filers at California Service Center
I've got the premium subscription, so I can see my place in line, etc. I filed the i-130 on October 11. Actively Reviewing since October 21. California Service Center. Consular Processing.
So for people who filed September 27 - October 25, 2021, there are 94 of us on the Lawfully App. So far, 20 of us have gotten a decision from USCIS.
Three decisions came within the past four days, and there was no activity for a few weeks prior to that. So, maybe things will start happening soon.

I filed October 29. 2021 actively review November 4 2021...so when do you think we will have a decision. I know im a couple of days after the 25.

Can't say. But the processing time for the California Service Center for the i-130 is 8.5 months. For me it's been 7 months, but about 20% of us already got the approval.

This isn't about accuracy.
It's just a simple fact that about 20% of Lawfully members who applied 2 weeks before or after October 11 have gotten approved.
I'm not making any projections, I'm just pointing this out because people see that California is processing cases from April or June or August, I don't know where they get this information from, yet 20% of those who filed September 27- October 25 and are registered here on Lawfully have been approved.
So approval can come any time.

well I don’t think rankings are accurate… I was 190th for Advance Prole approval and from day to night I got approved!

We have identical timelines. Mine and the wife’s PD is Oct 10 and Actively Reviewing starting Oct 20. We’re also at CSC. Hopefully we both get our decision soon!
The wait is killing me.
