It just says 10.5 months processing time.

Our date is April 22nd (380 days) and still waiting for NOA2.

April 20th, 2021 and still waiting (382 days today). They are only half way through April 2021 filers at this point.

@Natalie Lucien i’ve tried calling them but couldn’t get connected to a person. So sent a case inquiry few times already to adjucate the case, but they kept saying its been adjucated and wait 45 days to receive a NOA2. Until now i still keep on trying to email them every 30 days.

@Walter B I sent mine to Texas and it was forwarded to California. K1 is processed now only in California. Hopefully they call u soon.

@Esther, I was not aware they were being sent to California now. I was curious as to why it only showed the California center as a processing center. Where did you get the information on the cases being transferred? My fiancé is trying to gather information on her end, but also doesn’t fully understand the complexity and slow processing of the US Govt. we remain hopeful and positive and the only silver lining is I’m traveling back in August to spend time with her. Leaving without her should there be no updates on our case will be the hardest part.

I just had to do just that. leave her to come back hoping our Visa would be processed but no update waiting on NOA2 since April 5, 2021

I plan on going back in November of 2022 and I hope to be able to bring her back with me. The USCIS California center is slow

@Walter B I sent my application to TSC but got a CSC number which is WAC. When you want to check your status update the 3 letters in the front should be where ur case is. plus now it shows only CSC shows

I also plan on going to visit my fiancé in July or August. I am a single parent so its hard

Same Esther. I’ve been a “forced” single mom since moving back in September. The processing times still said 6-8 months so we thought we’d only be a few months away from approval since 5 months had already passed. Now, 8 months later, we have no idea when this first part will be over.

so I just received a RFE notice on 5/18. is that something I need to be concerned about? The fact I may have missed something on the 129f is frustrating

just that it was mailed on 5/18 and within the letter is what they are requesting. I have until 6/2 to provide whatever docs they need to continue with the process

We are all here to get answers on the processing times and what not. I’m new to this, but how are y’all doing mentally? What are you doing during this waiting period? Is anyone willing to be open and honest? are there support groups? I personally have good days and bad days. Gods timing is perfect and I trust Him above all else. This doesn’t mean it’s easy. Its hard to talk to family and friends about it because none of them have been through this. Any encouragement is welcomed. This site at least lets me know I’m not alone 🤷🏾‍♀️

1Love Always... I just keep busy. My fiance and I talk and chat daily. It is tough but we lean on each other and family.

I received my RFE like almost 3 weeks ago. i just sent it back to them 2 days ago. Hopefully they will move faster this time 🙏
