My case I-130 was sumitted in California Service Center on 8 june 2015. but till now it is pending because of its duration, which take 113 months. can my case is transfer to texas service center.

I filed I130 F2A online completely myself for my spouse in nepal. my pd is jan 2021 and California service center. It is in actively reviewing since march 2021. anyone with similar timeline getting approved ?
my income is not sufficient to sponser him. but I haven’t added any joint sponsor thinking we have to do that at later stage. is this the reason it has not approved till now?
please suggest me what should l do other than waiting?

Why California processing center?
Hello everyone,
I filed petition I 130 for my wife on January 28 2022. my spouse is overseas and I live in Atlanta. it’s been three months and the status has not changed from “Case received and receipt notice sent”.
I know there are people waiting who have applied way before me. i do not understand why they would sent me application to California and not to Nebraska which has a quick turn around.
Does anyone here have any experience of getting their application transferred from one center to other ?
Any information is appreciated. #I130

48 hrs for additional information.
I asked Texas office center to expedite my child case.
I filled for My wife and 3 children in July 2020, and their case was at California center till I naturalized U.S citizen and I had to file a separate I-130 for my kids.
I e-filed I-130 and my children case went to different offices.
California center told me that my wife case should be processed in 45 days
so I expedited my children case for them to come together cause if my wife get approved and finally get her visa she can’t come in USA without my child’s.
cause I have no one to watch them.
Questions. what additional information can I send to USCIS?

Today will be the 14th day and no update. Still showing case was received and a notice was sent. Is it something I should be worried about? I know I will definitely hear back from them today or latest by tomorrow which is the 15 calendar day. I need someone to encourage me to stay strong 🙏.
anyone out there getting approvals for their K1 Visas? seems that California keeps on extending their timeframe. When I first filed it was at 6-8 months then 9-12 and now 10-13.
