hello,,12 months and still waiting, California Center is processing my k1 fiancé visa ☹️

I’m wondering what about the USCIS new target timeframe? they published something (March /29) about planning to take a decision within 6 months for I-129F. is it a lie?

processing times depends on the office that is processing your case. California has extended their wait times 3 times in the last year and currently at 10-13 months.

they mentioned something about hiring more people and blah blah blah in late March but also stated it might take some time for that to actually start speeding up the process

I’m July 22 2021 filer! I’ve now had to push back our wedding which has came with a million questions from family and friends… I’m just over this broken Immigration system!!

@AA this is crazy!! i can’t believe things like this happen here in America… The mental anguish is too much at times.. I love my fiancé so much so I’ll never give up

Part that’s bad is that I get all excited when I finally reach their processing time date range only for them to change it. I’ve also read other places that say to expect it to reach 13-15 months 😞
