KM LATRAVIA chima since you sent the inquiry can you do it multiple times after they answer you? so for example you send a inquiry and they answer you...if it aint an answer like you will see an approval in 2 weeks time can you just keep sending more.. like a bugaboo until they approve it lol

California service center is currently processing PD June 6 2021 per Emma

so they went back 2 months or so

wow it's take so long to approve it

I filed I-130 October 11. California Service Center. Consular Processing. There's 94 people in "my group" here on Lawfully. So, the people who filed 2 weeks before and after I did. So far, 20 of these 94 in this time period have got their approval.

their part of uscis...to help with issues that you have with uscis....but I think its everyone who is having problems with them with approvals and waiting...i feel like I wont get and approval until August....that would.make it 10 months...which their estimate is 9.5....but ideally add another month and a half to it...or someone could just get approved early...all a waiting game.

i know i seen that too...you did an inquiry so contact obudusm and let them know.you that your contacting to inquiry abt your case and that your.going thru the neccessary steps to talk to someone at California center before you take legal action fuck with their heads lol

google search obudsman uscis should take you to a direct link...we have them.at my Job and usually when we seen them, we are always like wtf lol...i work in healthcare but they do the same thing
