Basically it just brings me to a USIS Automated message. But from what I’ve heard but the time my case hits 30 months I am going to get the congressman involved

my PD is November 2, 2021 Approved April 8 2022 California service center. we expedited though

That’s awesome man, we have expedited ours too but obviously they don’t care about my case 😄… Plus it’s also out of the California service center

I wouldn’t say the citizens are the once’s that are suffering the most. A lot of friends that I know that got married with US citizens has got there cases approved way before mine.I am permanent Resident filed for my wife’s I-130 I know it was going to be a long process but there are people out of the California office that have filed after us and for there paperwork before us.

I am one of those who filed on 2020 and I am a LPR who filled for my spouse and I have been waiting ever since. There are people that have filed after me and got there cases approved.

@Sanam, it's I-130 and my wife is a US citizen. we filed expedite based off her medical and it's not within the normal processing time, we were approved faster.
