Can i change my Service Center.
My case I-130 was sumitted in California Service Center on 8 june 2015. but till now it is pending because of its duration, which take 113 months. can my case is transfer to texas service center.

If you change your address and your new address isn't under California service center jurisdiction, they will transfer it out. However, Texas Service Center isn't any better. How about NBC?
