hi all, question about the i751, we filed on nov 2021 and it’s still pending. now we about to file for a divorce. should I send to USCIS asking to switch my case to a waiver? why would I do this now and not wait, maybe case will be approved before the divorce is finalized? divorce in California takes about 6 months
What address should I use for parents’ 485?
My parents are here in the US on B2 visa. They come from a country where getting a US visa is particularly difficult. So as a US citizen, I am considering applying for their green cards (concurrent I-130 and 485) while they are here. During their visit, my parents are staying with me in California as well as my sister in Ohio. Which address should I use for them on their forms as the physical address? Will the process be faster if we submit from Ohio rather than California? Also, do I need to wait for 90 days before submitting the forms? Thanks in advance!

I applied from a california service center and I received a request for initial evidence for sponsor documents and original birth certificate on Jan 3rd. No update on travel documnets yet. why is it taking too long for approval of travel documents, work permit?
Finally the wait is over😭❤️🙏🏻. NIW was approved on september 16,2022. A week after was transferred to the national benefits center and somehow it ended in California Center. RFE medical exams.

I connected to live chat through Emma to ask about my service center. The first time I asked, the agent said my case is at NBC and immediately disconnected the chat. I connected a second time directly and asked again, and the second agent said my case is at California. Now I’m not sure where my case is. My case is overseas IR1. Is it even possible for it to be at NBC? the first notice says California but I was just asking the agent to see if it has been transferred to another center.

I did my combo interview for N400 and I-751 on Jan/11/2023. N400 filled on Feb/2/2022 and I -751 filled in Jan/16/2021. I am wondering if anyone did combo interview in Sacramento, California area. Officer said I pass and gave me n652 form and said she will update in evening first I-751 and then N400 and no update yet today is Feb/24/2023. #N400 #I751

my turn soon? why Vermont so sloooow
Since my case was transferred from California to Vermont in 2020 May, and it the notice they said they had a pre-view of my case, then no more messages coming up, anyone filled the same time and what’s your stage now? I’m so stressed out every day and can’t wait back to my mom, we been already apart for two years, please help thanks!
