Contact Center Agent
I connected to live chat through Emma to ask about my service center. The first time I asked, the agent said my case is at NBC and immediately disconnected the chat. I connected a second time directly and asked again, and the second agent said my case is at California. Now I’m not sure where my case is. My case is overseas IR1. Is it even possible for it to be at NBC? the first notice says California but I was just asking the agent to see if it has been transferred to another center.

This is a post I shared on another subject but same thing applies. For your case, try asking if it's true that your case is at Vermont processing center and they will probably tell you yes...... Unfortunately nobody in here has inside information and can accurately answer your question. However, I will tell you that everyone is told that their interview is waived, rather it is or not. The agents on EMMA answer the questions you ask however you want them to. Try to ask again and ask if they know what date you will have your interview. They will probably tell you they don't know and not that its waived. They try not to cause conflict and upset people with answers they don't want to hear. So they give you the results you want based off your questions....
