California middle class tax refund
Hello everyone, my husband(petitioner) just got the California middle class tax refund in a form of debit card and been instructed to activate the card to use the funds. I am just wandering if this is something that will effect us in the future. I am thinking of public charge. I know this is coming from government and can be used against us for our marriage based application.

then today march 29 , 2023 i Sumbit all the evidence online at uscis.gov , my questions is “how long does it takes to get a decision ?”, and “whats the difference between sumbiting evidence online or by mail ?”. #california_service_center

I wanted to post my experience and hopefully it might help others.
Applied concurrent i485 i130 etc for marriage based green card inside USA at California office.
didn’t use a lawyer but did use Simple Citizen for help (much cheaper!)
Sent all marriage evidence along with application (over 500 pages total with scanned docs and application) and received a decision in 47 days. I really feel for those who are waiting and have waited so long.
Physical card took 17 days from approval to card being produced.
