400 days and counting…
With our RFE our service center changed from Nebraska to California. Did anyone have a similar experience? Any California approvals around? 🙏🏽

my case moved from Texas to Nebraska with nothing yet besides just being actively reviewed since 348 days and counting. this entirely is not fair for usa citzens especially wanting to unite with their familes. it is very sad

The petition for my wife already has 415 days today, waiting for approval. Since then all he says is: Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS

yes I wonder why we all have to wait this long to be with our families?

I’m specifically surprised that it’s taking so long for California compared to Nebraska… NSC had so many more cases to go through but seems to be much quicjer

what they requested on your RFE if you dont mind me asking?
Laura RMar 29, 2023
There was a box in our initial I-130 form that we didn’t check. So it was a request for initial evidence.
