Hey everyone, I received a rfe on march 27, 2023 ,
then today march 29 , 2023 i Sumbit all the evidence online at uscis.gov , my questions is “how long does it takes to get a decision ?”, and “whats the difference between sumbiting evidence online or by mail ?”. #california_service_center

I’m in the same shoes. Got an RFE, submitted it online and via mail and am now waiting for California to approve it finally. Unfortunately Idk how long it’ll take but it says in my account that we have an estimated waiting time of one week. Who knows if that’s true though 🙏🏽

it was a bona fide marriage, they need some evidence that i got married such us wedding pic , conversation , deeds , wire transfer, etc.
it was so easy submit all those then got approved 2 hours later 🎊 , hope they get you approved soon , keep checking your uscis account i didn’t update here. @Laura R
