When can I expect my EAD card ? Also my GC
My priority date is April 2017 on I-130 F2B, I have been waiting for 68 months. I was wanting to know why is there so much delay and slow process. how long will this process take or anyone has a similiar case on the smiliar date. The California office is super slow on the process, can I change office to make process faster.

My husband's case was stuck being actively reviewed since May 24th 2021 and it was finally approved on Feb 01st 2023. So it took almost the full processing time for the California Service Center which was 25.5 months. It's been a long processing but im so glad that it's finally approved and on to the next step of the process, NVC.

has anybody any experience with the Cali Service Center? we filled our petition in October of 2021 we have nothing but the recipe number so far. Case Status is “Case was received” nothing else yet.

Is it faster to apply for a F2A in Nebraska
Once I’ve receive my green card I will get married to my girlfriend and request a F2A visa to her. Is it faster to request in USCIS on Nebraska (instead of California where we are living)? how long does it usually takes? and what about a travel permission, how long does it takes there on average to be approved?
