My mom had sponsored my brother back in August 2009 on same F2B Visa, but my brother at that time was 24-25, and in 2011 he got married, so my mom had to re sponsor my brother after she bacame a US citizen in 2015 as F3 (India). so we are still waiting. Just FYI we had never cancelled the F2B status which had became current around June 2016. So let's say it took around 7 years but with the current scenario it might be 8years.

@Gabe Avera you mean to approve or get the green card? I checked the process time for Vermont on my case, the worst to approve is 72 months, and it just till this year Sep.

@Gabe Avera yes, so you were talked about the final action, what I’m saying is just the I-130 approval

@Gabe Avera Well my PD is Sep 2017, and my case was transferred in 2020, so it won’t take that long to get approved
