hello everyone! when they ask you to bring birth certificate of the petitioner to the interrview; you suppose to bring the birth certificate of the country origine or the citizenship of USA can be fine?

Hello y’all, I sent out my form I-751 condition removal. I sent it out via ups next day delivery on the 21st of January and it was delivered by the 22nd at the Arizona location. when I tracked it, it states delivered @ 9:14am received by west. location: mail room. I’m kind of nervous because is over 2 weeks and I haven’t gotten a receipt and they haven’t cash the check. Do you think it was delivered at the right location? The address i sent it to was.... based on how it states in the tracking slip; USCIS I-751 1820 E sky harbor cir S STE 100 Phoenix AZ 85034-4850 Business. Do you think I should be worried?

staying in usa with concurrent filling

hi all. I am in the process of putting together all my green card paperwork (I-130 and I-485 going in concurrently). my question is, I am in the US on a B2 visa and my current length of stay is until July, once I file this pack concurrently can i stay past the July deadline legally whilst waiting for the I-130 approval? if not, what are my options? I know the wait times are huge right now. thanks in advance

hi. I am applying for form i-130 for my parents who are living OUTSIDE Usa. i believe i dont need to file i-485 or employment authorization form. is that right? will I have to apply for EAD once they enter Usa or how does it work? thanks

do you do interview for I-130 as well if the beneficiary is in the states or you only do interview for i485 only.

i751 biometric notice twice.

Ok guys, here’s what happened, I filed my i751 in January 2020. got biometric reused in September 2020 filed n-400 in November. I am now expecting biometric appointment for n400. Now what what happened is I got biometric notice yesterday for i751 that they reused it!!??!! I got it in September already, wth is happening, is uscis going backward now!!?? anyone with similar experience or any idea what is happening??!! Thanks

I got this reply when I made inquiry after 4mnths of interview .... does anyone know what happens next? Your Form I-485 is currently under review. We regret that we are not able to give you a time frame for when we will complete the review of your application. USCIS will notify you as soon as possible if any further information is needed from you, or when a decision has been made.

What happens if My I-485 application is rejected and check hasn't been cashed? Can I reapply again? if yes , what will be the receive date? the first time when i sent my document or the one i will send again?
