To make a decision or determination, usually related to a legal issue or dispute. When an immigration case has been “adjudicated,” it means that an officer has made a decision to either approve or deny the requested immigration benefit. So that means they are in the process of making a decision. With this incompetent agency, always expect the worse possible outcome. Why they would send you a shitty response like that instead of just approving you is unreal. They've had almost one year to decide your fate and they just now send you info about ' we are in the process of making a decison?' WHY SEND ANYTHING USELESS INFORMATION OTHER THEN YOUR APPROVED. It's absolutely bullshit and totally rediculous. It's almost as if the USCIS is trained to delay people's times for the maximum amount of time. I CANNOT STAND THIS AGENCY. I TOTALLY SEE WHY PEOPLE DO THIS STUFF ILLEGALLY. Good luck!
