Finally, Today the case status changed to “Case being Actively reviewed by USCIS” How long will it take for next steps or until next status change? Thank you all!

Hello all I am US citizen and I am ready to file petition for my husband. I noticed that you can file I 130 online but the other forms you can’t like I 765. My question is can I file I 130 online and I 765 manually? or file both forms manually? Thanks

My husband has received a notice of Request of Evidence( in which they require his passport-style photo) but the letter hasn't come in the mail yet and we were wondering if we could print the form from the USCIS account and sent it back or should we wait for the letter to come in the mail and then mail it back? I live with my wife in New Hampshire, and I have one situation right now; I'm taking one class and this class required need to stay in a local state for a couple of months.
