I live with my wife in New Hampshire, and I have one situation right now; I'm taking one class and this class required need to stay in a local state for a couple of months. This course is in New York, So if I move to NY for two months, then it's going to be any problem, or do I need to inform USCiS. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks

what does priority date mean

I mailed my documents on 12/26/2020 to adjust my status and received my receipt number through the mail on 2/10/2021. I know some people have to wait for long periods and the anxiety and all of that. I felt same too but I want to just encourage someone to be patient. You will receive yours soon too. Just wanted to help with my timelines. Gracias

Hi, Me and my husband had an interview on 1/11/21 and I’m still waiting for a response from Immigration, I'm an American citizen I have a 21month old baby with my husband and we are married for 2yrs. He had two previous marriages. We still haven’t gotten any updates from immigration. Interview seemed to have gone ok besides the fact that the baby was very active while been there. Is this wait normal or should I be concern something is wrong?

If I have my child here in the USA from the islands and I’m a citizen and he has a visa. If he stay over 6 months here in the USA can I take him back home for 3 weeks and bring him back to the states after the 3 weeks? I already started filing for him but it’s not process as yet so he might have to go home before the 6 months.
