I485 & I130 interview
Hi,
Me and my husband had an interview on 1/11/21 and I’m still waiting for a response from Immigration, I'm an American citizen I have a 21month old baby with my husband and we are married for 2yrs. He had two previous marriages. We still haven’t gotten any updates from immigration. Interview seemed to have gone ok besides the fact that the baby was very active while been there. Is this wait normal or should I be concern something is wrong?

Our interview was on Oct, 2020. I-130 was approved 30 days after so on Nov, 2020.
I’m still waiting on a decision for my I-485.
Technically they have 120 days to make a decision. I’m on day 106. When we had our interview I was already pregnant. I’m 35 weeks now.
Some people get a decision quicker than others. After 120 days if you haven’t heard anything you can request an infopass.
