Travelled on i-512L while my I-131 is in progress

I had to travel to India on I-512L (Valid until 7-Mar-2021) for family emergency in Dec'20 and I came back to USA in the first week of Feb'21. At the Port of entry immigration check, CBP officer updated my class of admission as "DA" and I have H1-B validity until Feb'22. Question: 1. Do I need to file i-131 again since I left the country on I-512L while my I-131 is still in progress? 2. Can I continue to work on H1-B?

Biometric Appointment got cancelled due to hazardous weather in Jackson MS Application Support Center

I had my biometric appointment today (18 Feb 2021) and due to hazardous weather the application support center was closed when i checked online on USCIS official website? Do you think I should visit as walk in on this coming Monday or I should wait to reschedule with my new appointment? Honestly I don't want to linger on ky process. Also, any idea how long USCIS usually take to reschedule the appointment with new dates?
